Alright, using the $9.99 in Rewards I got the following for just $2! But... I got $8.99 in Rewards for next time!

3 Laffy Taffy's $2/$1 Reward
2 Sinful Colors $4/$4 Rewards
I did end up using the $8.99, but it didn't roll forward with the $8.99 I got a Hello Kitty Mug Set
